New Market Square. A long time ago this building was evangelical, orthodox and Jewish church, then there was successively warehouse, art gallery and music club.

Maybe it'll be turned into condominiums one of these days. :) Here church condos sell for quite a bit of money; looks like people like the idea of living in a church.
